Call for Abstracts Sino-Finnish Joint Learning Innovation Institute Conference on “AI in Learning” November 24-25th, 2020

Since the establishment of the Sino-Finnish Learning Garden in 2015, China and Finland have been continuously building up an extensive cooperation scheme in education. Sino-Finnish Joint Learning Innovation Institute (JoLII) has been established and coordinated by the University of Helsinki and Beijing Normal University as an elementary part of the Learning Garden cooperation scheme in November 2015. The institute is a network of nine Finnish universities and one company, together with seven Chinese universities, one society and two companies，which engaged in research cooperation for future schools and high quality education.

The important mission of JoLII is to get Chinese and Finnish researchers, teachers and companies to work together for high quality learning and education for all people. From 2016 to 2019, each year JoLII organizes annual conference in China and Finland on teaching and learning for future education. In the year 2020, we welcome all to join the JoLII Conference between 24-25^th November. Come and share your work and interest for future education, especially for the learning environment where AI plays an important part.

The conference will focus on AI in Learning. The topics include intelligent digital tools in learning, AI in evaluation and examination, the support of AI on students’ wellbeing and overall development, teachers’ working efficiency and professional development, and the impact of AI on educational environment. Globally there are also important issues, such as equity and ethics, related to AI in Learning. The conference invites all participants to be contributors.

Abstracts – Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is 30^th September, 2020. Abstracts should be within 500 words including title, keywords, contents, and your personal information, including name, title, university or institute or company, contact information (e-mail and mobile phone number). For abstract submission, please submit online (https://www.wenjuan.com/s/nMfmAfjx/). Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted.
